I can go to the VA I should look into Tricare, problem with switching insurance is Marilyn has to many existing conditios and I would be in deep crap if they switched doctors. I am paying almost 500 a month for blue cross family plane, that should drop in May when I can dump the kids from it finally.

Make sure you try and get that 20 with the Army Guard. I can tell you the free medical and $50 a month dental for the wife and I is NICE!!

Check into it because they will cover pre-existing conditions. You'd call the 1-800 # for DEERS.
I can't remember your retirement, but if it was a medical, if you had 30% disability or more then your family is covered.
Since we are more than 50 miles from an Active duty base we can go to whatever doctor we want with no required referrals.

After 16 years my wife transferred to the Army Reserve. She got fed up with the state good ole boy system.
If you do transfer just make sure you have the acceptance letter from the Reserves in hand when you do so.
You don't want to drop the Guard to go to the Reserve and then have some unknown reason prevent the transfer.
I've seen this happen before. The Guard got pissy with the soldier leaving so they didn't take the soldier back.

I just heard a loud noise, almost like the tenant upstairs in the garage apartment, dropped something heavy. But it was pretty loud, so I went out behind the garage, to find the neighbors dead tree against my building

Yeah, Neighbor dont give a crap about anything...Crushed the end of the gutter, Don't know if any damage to the rake boards, or not. I knew that tree was coming at some point. I got a young guy that hangs in my shop, and does odd home jobs for people. Hes gonna come look at it today. Maybe I'll call my Ins. Co. on Monday...

So, Im looking around back there, and there are three very large oaks, on their property, not far from the property line. And they all have poison Ivy and poison Oak vines growing up the trunks. Couple of those trees already have dead branches, One of em hangs over the roof of my building. They never take care of anything on their property, so maybe I better go over and talk to them about those vines. Or at the very least, go cut sections from the vines, so they die, when they aint lookin..

I don't catch it really easy But I hate that stuff. And from what I understand, you can get it even from a dead vine. If I really mess with it, or have any open skin. Usually little scratches when I am out working is where it gets me.
