The reason I was asking about solid vs. Rubber mounts is because I have some mounts fabbed to put a v8 in the valiant but i didn't count on the rubber adding like an inch.

So now i have to cut them down or remake them to count for the inch the rubber adds

I know a guy that did that then they sell the info out to similar dna. Guess what he had a kid he had no idea about and had to pay out 18 years of child support with interest. Seriously on of the venders I deal with.
