Why are testing or travel quarantine being required?
Testing provides a way for individuals to know their current COVID-19 status and enable them to avoid spreading the virus. Recognizing that an individual may not have their test results before traveling, quarantine is intended to serve that same purpose, to prevent the spread of the virus.

What does the Order require?
Anyone who visits the Commonwealth from a location outside the Commonwealth, including residents of the Commonwealth returning to the Commonwealth, must get tested for COVID-19 within 72 hours prior to entering the Commonwealth or after arriving in the Commonwealth. If an individual is unable to get a test, is waiting for test results, or chooses not to get a test, they must complete a quarantine for 10 days upon arrival in the Commonwealth. If choosing to quarantine or if waiting for test results, individuals should stay in their travel location for the full 10-day period or a 7-day quarantine with a negative test on or after day 5 of quarantine.

Does the Order apply to people traveling to the Commonwealth from a location outside the Commonwealth as well as people who live in the Commonwealth returning from a location outside the Commonwealth?
Yes, this requirement applies to both visitors to the Commonwealth and to Pennsylvanians coming back from a location outside the Commonwealth.

Travel
Governor Cuomo, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont announced a joint incoming travel advisory that all individuals traveling from states with significant community spread of COVID-19 quarantine for a 14-day period from the time of last contact within the identified state.

This quarantine applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average.

Hotels are asked to communicate the 14-day quarantine to guests who have traveled from one of the impacted states. Find more information about the travel advisory and which states are currently restricted.

Good morning all, heading out to see if I can fix plow on Keith’s truck. It’ll be good to see him even if it’s through the window

Definitely running short handed at work. As far as I know 4 or 5 actual confirmed cases. Info we get is sketchy with HIPPA rules. Many have been out on quarantine. Some multiple times.
You ought to work where I do. It's getting bad.

He weak and resting and bored. The plow control is the old cable Joystick. The old 85 DodgeW350 is a beast, it was my mine before he got it.

Man the wife is driving me nuts with this wedding on the 23rd in NY. I thought it was put to bed ALL of us are not going. Here she is last night in a nice "wedding type" dress asking me how she looks.

You should have told her that the dress makes her and her *** look fat.... :poke:

That may help discourage her.... :(

I had one. Traded some work for it. He bought it back before it snowed. So all i got to do was fix it some.

I have no idea what to do. I am not going to help here get there in any way. No prepping the car, no dropping off to Amtrack, that is the worst option it goes to Penn station then the Long Island Rail Road to her sisters. No win here at all for any involved.

When my ex wife came to visit my son 3 weeks ago, I drove to Detroit to pick her up and drop her off so she wouldn't get exposed to Covid on the plane or in the airport etc. and bring it to us and her family....

That minimized the amount of exposure to it that she had before she came here and when we dropped her off at her parents house... Her parents are old and use walkers now and don't need to be exposed either....
