We are, but it just seems to long to get to the finish line.
We gave the sellers an additional 30 days at closing since they lived out of state.
With all their drama, the extra 30 days has been hectic at times.

I finally got my money back from the guy that ripped me off on ebay for the video card...

It was like pulling teeth... I got proof from the post office that the package that was supposedly "delivered" to me was not in my name or address on the label and Paypal sent me a notice that they ruled against me...

So I got on the phone with them and had to ***** her out.... Asking if they actually picked up a phone and tried to verify my information??? She tried to tell me that the two screen prints that I got from the Post office supervisor weren't enough and I needed them to email me an "internet form"... WTF is an "internet form"???? Do they make this up as they go along????

So I told her to cross check the address on the package in the screen shot from the post office global positioning to my address for the order in different screens and they can see that it is not the same... She put me on hold for a few, then came back and said that they decided to rule in my favor and they sent me a confirmation stating that....

It was a long hard fight, but in the end I got my money back...

I've had good luck with the post office on money orders in the past... If it hasn't been cashed, they will cancel it and give you a refund...
