We can title without registering. At least we could when I bought mine in 2008. Didn’t tag it till it was roadworthy in 2017
yeah the rules change so much around here and it does not help that their website is just ****

Oh trust me, my family has been with AAA for 25 years but guess what....
Since my car came with no plates or papers at all, they could not do anything about it. Even the title place that specializes in this sort of thing could not do anything since they need at least some sort of papers for them to do it.

Gonna be a challenging visit to DMV. Good luck.

Time for a Cologuard sample today. Any of you guys do that before?

One doctor wanted me to do one of those a few months back, not cologuard, but something similar...

The instructions were bogus... Float a small piece of cray paper in the toilet to catch the sample, but don't let the sample touch water... WTF do they think the paper is gonna do when you drop a load on it??? Sink...

I blew it off and never did it....

Other options to catch a sample are:

Poop in a 5 gallon bucket, then flush what you don't need.....

Poop camping style outside and swab your sample...

Or turn off the water supply line to the toilet, flush it until it's empty, then go... After you get your 'sample' turn the water back on and flush the rest of the load....

yeah I really do not know all of the laws in California but what I do know is they are going to charge me at least 250 dollars in fees alone to get it registered today.

Our fees here to transfer a title and get plates are near $400 now.... :icon_fU:

Starting to really understand why Rami and his wife left for the adventures they did. At first I didn’t get it, but man, I’ve become very much aware in recent days and times to why. Seriously started discussing with the wife about doing similar. The drama here is just too much and too painful.

Got my power steering pump resealed, see how long it lasts this time. Then started working on a cooling issue I’m having, had an electric fan but wife doesn’t like the sound.

Stopped for the night. Did 980 miles, and the 1.5 hour traffic wait. 5 hours tomorrow to drop of the first load in OK/ About 20 boxes and smalls, clocks and switches...
