I just got a call from PG&E to inform me of their safety inspections of their power transmission grids in the area.
I am getting ready to pour another footing, slab for a storage building. Not large, just 10 x 12. What you can build here without a permit. I know of a guy with about 10 of these on his property, with a large tarp covering them all. Nice!! This last bout of covid has really sapped my energy.......But getting better.....no more symptoms, just the loss of sustained energy.....BUT getting better....Sucks...Because Frank needs more stuff to do....
Most vendors now a days just warehouse the stuff, no idea what it is they have....Have emailed three vendors in the last week to clarify dimensions and specs on their products....

I am putting a picture along with the removed part, together with notes.....I have found that it ALWAYS takes much longer to re assemble then expected, like years longer!!! And memories just are not that good.....
surprised you can even do that. Pretty sure I need permit for anything with a foundation. Most sheds around here sit on blocks
I have some good memories. Problem is each year they are less accurate to what actually happened.
My feeling is ain’t nobody gonna care about a 74 dart swinger with a slant 6 and rusted out everywhere. It’s why I didn’t spend the money on the correct floor pans and trunk floor just to cut them up to clear for the cell and trans. Now I did go correct quarters and rockers because they were exterior pieces. But this is supposed to be a toy not a museum piece

On my list. Re model the newly remodeled master bath room. Will take lots of work. O and money....wife wants a walk in shower. No longer wants a tub. And more closer space. And the only place to make a shower door operate is where the toilet is now. So move the toilet.....on a concrete slab....joy....

yep, my wrists are shot almost from Finnishing sheet rock many years, try bedding in for epoxy paint some time, some but joints get 5 to 6 trips over them. Enjoy your day
I really hate mudding sheetrock. You really learn how to hang sheetrock if your the guy mudding it... The better the fit the less work mudding...Looking good to me, I thin my last skim coat mud down some
I sure hope so. I’m still in holding pattern waiting on that situation to get resolved. But trust me, soon as it’s resolved, the game is one.
It is a gray area....they fly over to enforce code. So on a slab is unnoticed. No plumbing or electricity for sure...
Next year power tour. Maybe fit in MITP and Carlisle same trip...epic IMO
