It does.. but the patch on the passenger side is only like 3x5 inch.. feel better if i knock it out.. the 3 small spots in the rear seat area are gonna suck as i don't think i have much really solid metal to weld to. It's Solid as in no holes.. but not so solid for welding to

Yeah, trying not to avoid that.. from underneither the floor looks almost perfect, when i pulled the rear seat there was a lot of heavy pitting, the patches will only be like 3x3" if that.. i will weld them in as well as i can, grind then seam sealer and paint.. good enough for this

The meat was perfect when I pulled them off the fire, nice little pink stripe right down the middle 
. The cooks that were doing the serving said "It's too rare!". Had to throw all those steaks back on the fire

Think the pink down the middle is the best.I did Tri Tips for 200 at a religious retreat and was bushed afterwards
Yup, i use phosphoric acid or corroseal, then brush on rusoleum, the stuff is like cement when it dries. My thought it, this car will never see michigan snow/salt again and the most water will probably be if i run through a puddle. It will be fine
The skinny pointy end of the tri tip is almost always well done. So ya gotta figger that about 1/3 of the stuff is well done when it comes off the far.
That looks delicious! I wish we could get tri tip here. I would have to ask the butchers at Fairway. I would smoke that bad boy and finish with a quick reverse sear. These photos aren't mine. (I wish they were)
