Morning. Foxes are out of control here this year.
I counted nine newbies in the back yesterday.
I guess that explains why I haven't seen squirrels on the bird feeders the last few days.

If you push the studs out without cutting the swedged part of the drum, you will enlarge the stud holes in the hub and a new stud is much less likely to be tight when driven in. It can actually ruin the hub. ....and they don't grow on trees.

They usually go out the same way, follow the swedge on the hub that they put in. I will do some pics when I do the cudas.

Worst thing is, we supposed to head out saturday to visit mil in alberta. So unless there is a dramatic change,thats not happening. Kim has been so excited to see her mom, its been a couple years.

Im going to hold off on the cbd until morale improves. Then resume to see if it helps with the arthuritis.

Good morning. Didn’t sleep well last night. Woke up with a headache, had my first cup of coffee.

I had that softball game last night. I played left field lots of running four for four with the bat.
Didn't get home until 9:30 and as usual hard to unwind and get a good night's sleep.
It will be a long day for both of us.

How did the hammy do? Preaching to the choir but the excellent weight loss this off season will do nothing but help on preventing the reinjury of the hammy. And of course you not being stubborn and listening to your body!

Hammy's were good no problem. Sure the weight loss helped. Softball makes me feel like a kid again which is why I do it nearly year-round.

I tilled and planted some garden, went grocery shopping (3 stores) and misc. stuff. 9270 steps today and I am feeling it.

I get tired just going shopping at one store.

Another rough night,and the low back pain is starting. There was no back pain when this started, so i dont know wtf is next.

Did you go to your primary yesterday?? If so sounds like you might need to go to an ortho who will specialize in this area.
If they can't get you in soon then go to the ER and get a referral which is scheduled here within a couple days.

Good Morning everyone. Not much to report here. Hung out with my boy last night for a few hours. Started making a plan for swapping out the bed on my truck. Get some guys to help Thursday to remove. Spend Friday removing the receiver and replacing with the new one, clean up the frame and anything else I find wrong, hopefully put new one on Sat. Fingers crossed.
