That’s really good. Basically what I paid for that entire hog was right at 2 bucks a pound after processing. In store is 5.99 locally unless on sale

I appear to be a bit dehydrated this morning. I am blaming Craig! My last official PT session is today. I am excited to have that behind me. Then come home and tear out more fencing. Old barb wire is a pain in the butt. I did find an old wood stove yesterday while I was clearing. I might bring it down the mountain and turn it into a planter. I was clearing by an old home stead on the property. Stove looks to be early 1900s? Maybe a bit newer not really sure. This time of the year the ground is soft so it lends itself to clearing.
