I always drill and tap the housing for a grease fitting, and use a vented cap, easier to tell when its full
fills quick with my electric grease gun.
I love my new battery powered grease gun
Sold a lot of those when I was in business. The Ag guys really liked them. It takes an hour to grease a combine.
I think the farmers were the first ones to buy them. Some are probably on their 4th or 5th one. Lincoln was the first version i was selling, now its milwaukee/dewalt depending on tool preference.

No dont! Just a light coat of oil on the shaft,that's the plan.. i figure when it warms up the excess wil just drip into the motor adding to my oil..

The thing i love is there is no upside to this for fight him.. if he wins he beat a 60 year old man.. if he loses, he loses to a 60 year old man.

I used that argument on a smart aced Corrections officer that belittled other officers all the time and they were all afraid of him. Then there was the day he came at me.
