Just had my propane tank filled and price is at $1.39 a gallon.
Had ours filled last week, 2.57 per gallon….

those are what are on my 71 Swinger from the factory. Always good to check rim size but I have the stock 14" steel rims on my car still as delivered.

. One of the really good spots to watch the launches fro south base is on the old Hwy US 1. It was all a 2 lane when built and routed by the easiest way for the dozers to make it flat enough to pave 
. There's a small mountain range between here and the next village to the south 3000' elevation maybe. Well, Hwy 1 had to cross it to get through. most of that section is a total of 30' wide maybe with much of it right next to a long fall to the valley floors. One good spot that actually has some shoulders near the summit, the knowing launch spectators use, they get there a couple hours early. Saturday launch is so close to lunch time I can smell the BBQ pits goin already 
We made it with a bottle of each and of course a few more. Ted went wild and filled up a case.
As part of the initial build on the 73 Cuda, I am buying and setting up an insert for those style gages. We did a template of a rally dash insert and will try and bend it out of aluminum from a drop at the recycle yard. Also want to 3D print an adapter to run the round led trailer lights on the back for a budget/rat build. If it works out we will upload the info to a site so others can use it in the future.

I took those from that vantage point long ago. The launch complex Elon uses most is there on the right where you see that structure just past the ridge line.

Still snowing off and on. Tried the plow, it plows just like last year. Didnt bother with a full clean up as snow was blowing.

And Daves car, dead battery,3 flat tires and p/s pressure hose leaking. They are a ***** to replace…oh, and Kimmies car is a no start. Forgot about that..piss me off
