About a week before Tet in Vietnam, many people are selling flowers and small trees. It is a tradition for people to buy small trees or flowers and put them in front of their house for the lunar New Year. I even saw my neighbor across the street who is a guy about 40 years old, completely emptied his house and cleaned everything out in the street. Cleaned the house completely inside, all the walls and the floors. Then he returned everything to the house. Apparently this is also customary for the Tet holiday

I agree, I remember you saying that. Happy to come home today and be able to watch the complete game a few hours after it was finished. Very happy. We will see what happens next week.
I am pretty sure I will be up in Saigon the week of the Super Bowl. Usually down here in my city in the South, you cannot view the game. But up in Saigon there are many Western bars and venues to go to to watch the game. So I'm hoping I can take that game in while I am there...
I was on deployment in Diego Garcia, early 90's and watched the Super Bowl on base somewhere, think everybody watching was still drunk, can't remember exact hour but middle of night lol! Your team has a shot
I commented in one of your posts at the start of the season that Washington would make the playoffs. Congrats. They are a good young team that finally has good coaches.
