Angostura (so far) I bought some Black Walnut that I will try next. I might add a dash to what's left of this one. That maple syrup recipe I posted is good. It does add an extra layer of flavor and extra creamy mouth feel. Oh, I have some maple syrup finished in a bourbon barrel too. What's not to like there.
Celery bitters can be interesting twist.
Orange bitters are nice if you aren't doing the Orange zest as part of the concoction. Hint in the background.
I don't always have an orange so I need some bitters. Celery? Interesting.
If you can find it in one of those sampler kits... Good way to experiment without committing to a whole bottle.
I have a bottle of "Fire tincture" that is going to take me the rest of my days to get through.

I just added a splash of black walnut to what's left. An interesting layer to the flavors. Not bad but I didn't add it to the recipe.
