No, don't believe so, I have deadening in the front and rear seat , may do the rear seat was though.That looks like a great start, mine was cut halfway down the tire depth and the new piece that had been welded on (not badly either) was banged up and rusted up in places. Would you worry about sound deadening on the inside?
