Hmmm good news: Cummins in the truck fired right up. Idling at normal.

Bad: Let it warm for half an hour, went drive it and it won’t rev over 1900…. And popping. So the TPS is still not right. Guess I’m gonna swap the thing out

Good fuel flow, like filters good etc.? Sounds like that could be tough. I had to tblsht a TPS on my TBI Chev, was easy though just a resitance and or voltage check while sweeping the accelerator through it's range, found a dead spot, swapped, fixed. Good luck!

Yep all brand new. Plenty of fuel pressure. It’s one of two things: TPS or Injection pump. I’m praying it’s the TPS… I have a spare injection pump but that’s another big job.

You can do a sweep test with a multimeter.

I suppose if the wiper is open at a point it could cause that, mine just had a bad spot and when throttle hit that spot just caused sputtering
