Good fuel flow, like filters good etc.? Sounds like that could be tough. I had to tblsht a TPS on my TBI Chev, was easy though just a resitance and or voltage check while sweeping the accelerator through it's range, found a dead spot, swapped, fixed. Bad: Let it warm for half an hour, went drive it and it won’t rev over 1900…. And popping. So the TPS is still not right. Guess I’m gonna swap the thing out
