10° here with -8° wind chill. We had a dusting of snow with half a foot on the way. Makes me want to move south.
Ouch! that's a lot of snow.
South sounds good right now, we could go hang out with John and drink all his booze.

I think we have TWO more days of right at 31 or 32 in the extended forecast, and then that's probably it for us.

Looks like you will get some rain but miss the snow by a couple states.
Suits me. I've seen all the snow I need to till next year.
Turning Tomahawks into cowboy steaks. Those bones would boil up into some nice broth and the dogs could chew on them for years.

3 days of winter mess rolling in. Doesn't change much for me. I'm on medical house arrest at least another week. Supposed to go get a fresh xray Monday or Tuesday

It's not quite freezing down the street at the airport, but I'm guessing got plenty frost outside here. Our next rainfall adventure begins late tonight and goes away Friday.

If the Winternationals were going to be on their traditional weekend the background scenery would be very nice. The hills east of Pomona are expecting snow for the next three days

That was a family business. He learned a lot, but the pay sucked. He's working in a foundry making rail couplings now. I could definitely see him going back to meat cutting at some point.
A cold 8deg morning to the shop. It's an oatmeal and coffee kind of morning here.
Strange back read, blowing organs cutting up meat, and John making students stand in the rain while playing with their guns.

I'm back, rolling around the house in the office chair lol! Have a 0900 Dr. Appt. on the base, will see if I go to Xray but think i may have just jacked up a ligament
