You can't get it level like a macadam road and you can't really plow the snow because it has set up and your plow glides over the high spots and when you have bad knees it throws your feet trying to walk on it. And we are talking about 1/4" dips
And depending on how you're caryying those branches, with a grapple at least I KNOW it's a good idea, eye protection because there's sharp ends and they have a mind of their own when snagged, pushed, pulled dumped etc.
