Stop in for a cup of coffee

The wind blew my tarp off of the wood pile then dumped snow, rain and then froze by morning yesterday. I can't even gather the tarp up because it is buried in crap and frozen. I was not very prepared for this winter. Geesh stupid
I started using old conveyor belts to cover my wood pile. I got some from work that are 3 feet wide and 20 to 24 feet in length. Heavy enough to stay on the pile but light enough to roll back when you need to gather firewood

Can’t you hire a scantily clad house cleaner for maybe ten bucks US? Mix a toddie and watch the river while she cleans? Oh crap…… Jodi will be home tomorrow, I better do the same thing. Not sure what I will get in Craig’s list searching for house cleaner!
Craig's list why you always involving me???:rofl:

I think with the storm comig through there might be a good chance she's delayed a day or two. I'm sure that'd be her option especially since you told her a couple years ago "Honey if we move to Arkansas, we'll never see snow or cold like this again"

GF is at 6500' Snow and all seasons. Weather is great except the flooding at monsoon season and the constant forest fires. California is definitely not on my list for so many reasons.
What part of Arizona is Marie's place in? We have been looking in the northern part of the state around Flagstaff or a little west of there.

I don’t mind the wind so much in the winter because there’s no leaves on the trees. I get nervous with high winds when the leaves are all developed

Wind or no wind, high winds bring trees down here...

Especially when it rains and the ground gets saturated, then they blow over and take the roots up... :BangHead:

Just glanced at weather shows wind at 29mph. No clue what the gusts are. Been hearing them whip up pretty good at times. Wife looked up emergency log last night and there were poles down at 3 different locations within 5 or so miles. So no doubt there are trees down too.
Happy Monday!

You said logs.... :D

Dam exact same as my first car!
