What part of Arizona is Marie's place in? We have been looking in the northern part of the state around Flagstaff or a little west of there.
Hey Dave. Her place is outside Payson on Hwy 260. More in the Christopher Creek area.

Largest span of Ponderosa Pine in the country. 3M acers of national forest across her driveway.

I went out to fill the bird feeders and about froze my nads off. Of course my Wal Mart wear is not good for sub zero weather. It looks like 40's next week.

It warmed up to 16 below here so it's better. I need to take the garbage can to the street today but I'm not looking forward in doing it.

Just got back from dropping Ram off at 4x4 shop, they'll put in on rack to check caster etc., seller was guessing 2 degree shims we'll see. Working on ordering belt for 8 track, need something a little shorter than 11 21/32nds (That's not what she said), cause original stretched a bit (there ya go Karl). Fired up tube receiver, compressor for lift to swap those shock plates, good morning neighbors!!!

I don’t think much……I just take cardboard there
We have curbside recycling and a few places around town with the big dumpsters for cardboard, cans, bottles, office paper, and the like. It's is pretty amazing the amount of material we used to just throw away that filler the landfill.

we have "green waste" dumpster too, yard trimmings and food waste and food soiled paper. Goes to the fertilizer machine. Odd thing bout our landfill, it has a methane gas collection system and the gas is piped to the local hospital that uses the gas to power it's own genset to power the hospital. Take the stuff that ferments out of the landfill, nothing for that hospital :realcrazy:

Good that's specified as 'food soiled' paper. Cause just soiled paper would be something different....

We sell the methane off ours as well.

Weird thing about that whole project. Landfill is on far side of the valley. Hospital is in the middle with mostly farm land seperating the two. There was no laying of the pipelines along the existing roadways, they just put them in the ground through the farmer's fields :wtf:  Until they got to the populated area
