I guess mine is low dose. 2 times a day as needed. Honestly it seems to help a little, but I don't think it has a big affect on me otherwise. Seemed to be a little more tired at first. But I took it last 2 weeks I worked with no problem.
It's only good for nerve pain. Not muscle soreness.

Morning from the icebox cold -1 -17 wind chill get through the -14 tonight (air temp) and we'll be on a steady climb to 62 by Monday. Been up awhile buying a few baseball cards this morning. I had a lot of set work to do so yesterday spent the day working on a couple sets a 1956 Topps and 1957 Topps baseball. I have a PT session today and other than that staying inside. It's too cold to go out and snow blow the driveway and besides with the warmup in a couple days just let it melt she said...ok not going to argue it only causes confusion and grief...haha!!

I take a couple Metoprolol a day for blood pressure and 1 for cholesterol. The rest are just supplements and Tylenol for pain. Chiropractor for adjustments and pinched nerves.

I wouldn't worry about it whatever it was, glad your hiccups are done!
It’s weird.
I dreamed I was in a fire fight in France, near the Metz fortress. One intense fire fight that turned hand to hand. I’d gotten hit and the medics were trying to fix me but I kept refusing. Eventually it ended in a loud whistle and big flash.

The wild part though was apparently while I was dreaming this, I was shouting out movement commands and shouting “stay in the fight” over and over. To the point they had to up the medicine and restrain my arms.

Guess the nurse asked my dad if I’d ever been in combat. Which I haven’t. Nor I have studied much about Metz. Just know it was a battle of many battles in Europe in ww2.
