Stop in for a cup of coffee

ANy of you use a car wash subscription where you pay X per month and you can wash as many times as you want? We have 4 in town and I can see where it makes sense. Depending on the weather, I wash my truck a few times a month and that would easily pay for the monthly charge.

They had that offer here... Even did the free high-end wash. It didn't get the bugs off the front of the truck, so I didn't go with the deal

Howdy fellas. Logging on here for the first time in over half a year. Trying to find time, motivation, and money to even look at my Dart. Thinking about that car makes me sick because it’s been on the back burner so long.
Welcome back!
I have been busy on projects for customers. Hoping to keep a similar pace when i start on my Dart. Even an hour here and there is a step forward.
Start a whiteboard with need to do and want to do.
Parts list, and start with small goals.
Running and drivingor at least moving seems to be the biggest motivator.

Your gonna wear the paint off it with all those washes
I usually bucket wash the Mazda in summer. And just use the spray wand at car wash in winter. I don't trust their brushes that could be gritty. I've only run it through an automatic once. Just before my surgery it was covered in salt. Found one of the car dealers local that had a nice wash for $20. Guy comes out with hand wand and blasts of the worst of it before you go in the automatic. On the other side they have vacuums free to use.

Morning!
-7c, rising to well above freezing again today. Driveway is going to be deadly this morning.
Didnt get car into shop, but got manifolds trimmed for test fit.
Im almost ready for an attempt today.

I never get the brush wash. Always the touch free. (that's what she said)

So true!

When I did my truck I made sure I at least did something every day- big or small. But my kids were grown at the time
