8:50 pm on Tuesday here. Just got home from the Beer Joint near my house. All alone, just myself. Can't understand why nobody wants to come visit me , when I'm here. Would be GREAT Fun,,, My gal will be down next week to " Visit " me for a few days...... :thumbsup:

Yes/no. Weaning off the pain killers hasn’t helped. But most of the air is finally absorbed. They inflated me like a balloon and that working its way out causes the majority of the pain.

The worst feelings though is the drowning feeling. If anyone has ever been thru drown proofing or combat water survival training whoops in the military, they’ll understand. I get the same sensations and fluid build up that I did during those trainings. But it’s after every sip of water and every “meal”, lasts about 10-15 minutes but then I’m good.

For sure. Honestly, it’s going much better than I expected. My wife works with several women who claimed the pain is worse than childbirth. Some of my male coworkers that have had this repair done said it was the most painful of any surgery they’d had. So I was expecting a ton of pain. So far, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being ER level, I’m constantly at a 6-7, occasionally push a 9. But it’s still way better than when I had my knee surgery, that stayed at level 9 for month
