It's Talladega Tuesday!

Good morning :D

For sure. Honestly, it’s going much better than I expected. My wife works with several women who claimed the pain is worse than childbirth. Some of my male coworkers that have had this repair done said it was the most painful of any surgery they’d had. So I was expecting a ton of pain. So far, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being ER level, I’m constantly at a 6-7, occasionally push a 9. But it’s still way better than when I had my knee surgery, that stayed at level 9 for month
Holy cow man, hope it gets lower before that long and sounds like a terrible sensation, I've never had that training although my son may have in SERE (sp) school

ANy of you use a car wash subscription where you pay X per month and you can wash as many times as you want? We have 4 in town and I can see where it makes sense. Depending on the weather, I wash my truck a few times a month and that would easily pay for the monthly charge. View attachment 1716370685
I used to have the monthly wash plan. It was unlimited, so if bugs didn't come off, then right back in line. I think it easily paid for itself on the semi warm winter days to get the salt off. Especially on the new cars

They did it a bit in my SERE school but they’re always changing that school so who knows.

But they do still do it during combat water survival training.

was wondering if that is any car you bring, or is it somehow assigned to one vehicle?

If you have just one vehicle, sure. But the ones here, it’s per vehicle and to cancel is nearly impossible

Like Chris said, there is a scanned decal on the inside of the windshield. Near impossible to remove. Cancelling here was no issue. Please cancel my subscription, ok, may I ask why? I moved. OK. Then send offers for a while, then nothing.

Hang 10 car washes have popped up here. 3 in town built last year.

Last cup down, time to head to town for push rod and gaskets.
High of 70 and sunny again today  I must be doing something right

One vehicle. Any car, I wish.
I canceled mine cause they hit me with a 25 dollar fee on top of my monthly, why? Because the license plate number changed on the Durango. Even though the sticker was still right where they put it, I guess they have a camera that scans both looking for people that try to switch the stickers. They refused to refund me it even when I showed proof it was the very same vehicle. So I got pissed and cancelled. Took 3 phones calls, a form mailed in twice and finally a dispute with my credit union to get it canceled

I do, but wait till about mid March, the wet weather hits, and I have about 150 yards of gravel to get to pavement.. saves me gobs of cash.. don't like driving around in a dirty truck.

Good morning Tooman
