I don’t know if you seen but I had hernia surgery a couple weeks back. But the diet I had to go on before and after, 600-900 calories a day, low low carb, no artificial sugars. No caffeine no pop. Tea, water and skim milk only.
Then they took my stomach and wrapped around my esophagus. So I’m limited on how much I can now eat. Takes over an hour to eat 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. Though to day, over 3 hours I was able to get an entire slice of meatloaf down and a Greek yogurt smoothie. That weight was taken after I ate too. It’s crazy.
I plan on sticking to this diet cause I feel great energy wise now. Just gotta get pass the vommiting which happens if I try to eat the wrong stuff, my body automatically kicks it back. Like 5 crackers earlier. Pain wise hurts like hell and can’t lift a gallon of water. But I’m managing.
I’m hoping to get into the 240 range. I think that’s realistic. 220 would be great.
