Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning!
-12 ish. Cold enough. Expecting it to warm up some today. Back under dash i guess. The more i study this wiring, the more complicated it gets. Fan and fuel pump are run by a controller thats in front of rad. I need to incorporate that into the mustang too.

Just enough clear sky to see that Falcon 9 launch. They didn't postpone it . Saw the stage separation, few minutes later booster lights up for it's landing and down she goes. That sucker really moves fast as it approaches the landing zone . Saturday morning a Firefly Alpha launches from No. Vandenberg about 15 miles from the house.
Good morning

We went skiing long ago, used to go on weeknights. lift tickets were half price and better still NO crowds. I was headed straight down the trail at a good rate of speed, my buddy was on a crossing trail and he was really motorin' too. I didn't see him until it was too late as he came out from behind the trees. KABOOM! There was parts of our gear scattered all over the mountainside  Looked bad enough that the ski patrol even showed up to check on us

Slicing up some brisket we did on trager yesterday. Since our resident cook is about to be gorked out on pain meds and unavailable for a few days thought we better prepare. Jodi is a straight up carnivore. What cha think @MOPARMITCH ? Got brisket over there?
Merica!

Yeah, the Beef here is pretty poor. Unless they marinate it for a long time. That's why I buy 1/3 lb Australian Angus beef burgers from the Western supermarket in Saigon when I get a chance. However, one of my favorite cafes/ restaurants here has a great breakfast dish. Bo bit tet khoai tay . Basically it is beef that has been marinated and cooked with onions and green and red and yellow peppers. Served in a gravy. Along with pretty good french fries and a side salad, and a loaf the bread. Had that this morning. Overall, the food here in Vietnam is very good, and more healthy than the food in America. Hence my slight weight loss.

Sounds like a yummy brekkie with exception of the French fries! As you know I am mostly a rabbit! I would take a head of broccoli over a steak all day! Jodi however is exact opposite! Have a blast on your minnie Vay Kay to the island retreat!

Stand downwind of the broccoli field about 4 days after they hit it with the flail mower, that'll cure you of that
