Stop in for a cup of coffee

A friend and a customer of Linda's arrived here for spa services. She was riding this new motorbike so I had to ask about it. Apparently it is made in Thailand. She said it was only 20 million Dong which is about $800 USD. In comparison, a used nice big Honda is about 50 or $60 million dong. A new one is about 100 million dong. Notice how the protective stickers are still on the motorbike and also the sales tag on the handlebar. It amuses me greatly but I see this all the time in Vietnam. They will buy a brand new piece of equipment or refrigerator and leave all of the stickers on it from when it was bought. I can't figure out why . Kkkkkkkkk

According to the press Crispy Creme is celebrating St Patrick's Day. At participating shops, wear green apparel and you get a free green donut  Article said drive-thru or walk-up. I don't know if Sublime counts as green  but I may try it. Today and tomorrow the offer.

That was a thing in the 90's though

So how did you make the special Olympic?
Oh....guy asked if anybody knew someone to port an intake. He has no location under his avatar and didn't say where he is. So I said "do we throw a dart at a map?" He said my answer was Special Olympics. lol I mean seriously, we might have a member who knows somebody in his home town that can help him. I have one of the best porters in the country about 40 miles away. But I'm special olympics. LMAO.

Most of that is pulled in 'dealer prep'. The hanging tag would drive me nutz. I kinda get leaving plastic on some places for temporary extra protection. But once they start peeling like on the lenses, they gotta go. Reminds me of way back people having clear plastic covers on upholstered furniture.

I really think the reason they do that here in Vietnam is that most of them are quite poor. So when they buy something new they want everybody to know about it, and apparently know about it for a long time. LOL

No Krispy Kream here just what used to be Dunkin Donuts, rebranded to Dunkin.
Just Coffee and Sandwiches.

 My grandmother had those embossed clear plastic seat covers on her '64 Dodge! Hmmmm that car may have been the start of my dislike of PushButtons

Weis store has the best. But Sheetz is it and they are low in variety
And quality...

The Martin's grocery (Giant foods affiliate) here has way better donuts than Dunkin and for much less. But, some people just do Dunkin' much like some do $-bucks but don't get anything that tastes like coffee
