Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well hoppy talked me into doing something so I'm going to do some lawn reseeding
I'll have to look at mine. There are some thin spots. I put down some Weed and Feed early last week and we have gotten an inch or so of rain so things are greening up nicely.

Ok. I somewhat cleaned up the Toilet in the septic forum.
Had my candy bar. I'm out to spread some seed. FOR THE GRASS HOPPY!

Dang, the wind just started blowing. It looks like John and Mikee are getting wet this morning. (que Karl)
Wet? You mean drowned, we have got over ten inches in last thirty hours. Our road is washed out and all the gravel is in our pasture. It is a mess. Flooding is everywhere. The pix by the headlight is a bridge over a creek, creek has totally run over its banks. The other pix our pasture and such. I take the pix so I can document the waters course, then I can address it as best I can with changing ground elevations and guiding the water into a more productive route!

Can't give that a like. Mother nature will do her thing and that's a lot of work for you.
Super smart to get out there and see what the natural flow is and come up with a plan.

Yep we address one problem area at a time, each year our water runoff mitigation gets better and better. It just takes time and quite frankly what we learn from these events is priceless. But to your point ya got to go out into it so that you can actually see what is happening. All the water in those pix is already gone for the most part this morning. But all the destruction and debris is leftover.

Guessing weld, since I see no reason to seal there.
We're going from 48 to 58 from 9-12, I'm stoked about that. On the plate today, dropping off wife's Stinger for snow tire swap, burning : ) mowing : (
Haven't cut any grass yet, but it's getting near time. Ran mower to drag top of holly tree to the burn pile. Had to crank it a bit, but started without any ether.

Area I seeded a few weeks ago is growing,
My lawn is still covered in snow.
Less mowing. Tally one on plus side for living in arctic wasteland.

Good Morning

Dig a big hole line it and let nature fill your fish pond.

@Ben Drinkin .
Or maybe someone post a hot red head for bait:poke:
I need to find out what insects do these mounds and eat the grass roots.
Seems a lot of the neighbors are seeing it.
This is the damage area from last year. I bought a product called Neem.
And sprayed about 50 mounds a few days ago new ones have started to show up.
