spine and the right AC joint, due to degenerative changes.

Nuclear medicine limited bone scan with SPECT/CT.
INDICATION: Left shoulder pain.
The study was performed using 26.2 mCi technetium 99m MDP through
intravenous injection. Images were obtained of the chest and shoulders
after three hours. SPECT/CT images were also obtained using axial, coronal
and sagittal projections.
There is focal increased radiotracer activity in the left facet joint of
C4-5 and at C5-6 and C6-7, due to degenerative changes.
There is mild increased radiotracer activity of the right AC joint. There
is normal distribution of the radiotracer activity in the left shoulder.
