she is an english cream retriever, as compared to the reds, thru gold. they are working dogs back in the U.K. She is shorter and stockier than a golden, as you noticed a bit of lab in the breed.
Labs are also outstanding dogs, with the same mannerisms and personality.
Eating. I stir fried some peppers, green, red, and yellow ,and onions, Added sliced pork loin and gravy. First time I tried this..Its pretty dang good. Also cooked a stuffed potato...

I took my cruise 
. 4 PM this afternoon the route for that car show cruise, the sidewalks were already occupied by lawn chairs and spectators, we're talkin' about a mile of roadway. The cruise doesn't even start until 7 PM. The more I see of it, the more I see that it's just not my style of hot rods. I'm sure there will be a few good ones scattered amongst all those vertically challenged vehicles, I don't feel like making the wait for them. Cruise on.

IIRC it is a 48x16 tractor rim. Works amazing.
Mopar representation at the 4th Street Cruise. Lots more Mopars in the field that didn't park with us. So much fun. A social event for sure. I talked so many people I knew. But, I started taking photos and ran into somebody I knew and guess what, no more photos.

Morning all and welcome to the weekend and a three day weekend for some. Took Cheryl, daughter, and granddaughter to the Savanna Banna show last night. It was at Royals stadium and best I can describe it is entertainment baseball. It began with a pre-game show two hours before the game and then on field activities an hour before the game. The had celebrity players for an inning during the game former Royals Gold Glove World Series All-Stars. For this game it was Alex Gordon, Mike Moussakas, and Eric Hosmer. Alot of fun we all enjoyed the show!! What I didn't enjoy was an hour to get out of the stadium area...UGH!! Heading back to Kansas City Cheryl and her brother are meeting this morning to make some decisions on the contents of their mom's house...finally!! Have a great weekend and bless the family members and loved ones we've lost.
