well.. it made it :) It's still a dog but no real issues... i honestly don't get why it's so slow.. almost ready to change the cam to dot to dot. my 360 block is in the shop... i can just run this til i do the 408 :)

I almost wanna just put 3.55s in and normal tires and make it quiet... i'm old :)
 

Wish i had another carb to try.. this one idles great and no stumble or anything weird but my plugs are bone white.. wondering if it's lean but not lean enough to pop... gonna add a o2 sensor soon so i'm not guessing anymore
 
The car show and the circle track and Pismo Dunes kept the tourist industry busy here this weekend. Next weekend they have to deal with the Pismo Beach Car Show, they leave only one street and the freeway open and cover the rest with hot rods, and, The Elks Club Rodeo, a PRCA event here :eek: 4 days worth . The rodeo used to include a parade in town, have to look into that.

Well the UTV is gone, more room in the shop now : ) I was a little surprised he made it up here so fast with the banks being closed, said he asked a good friend if he had cash lying around, answer was yes, then how much, answer "oodles". Don't know about you but I can't scrape up over 15k with cash "lying around", all 100's and 50's, holy cow!

My buyer for the Truck told me he's bringing me Cash tomorrow :thumbsup: . But I suspect he needs to go to the Bank to get it....:lol:.

Street demon which has been great just not sure if it's the issue i'm having...

Ended up mixing up a lye mixture to try to get the last of the paint off the rims i wanna use.. at this point i should have bought some torque thrusts and been done :)
 
Looking for a 1 year only 340 '69 A-body timing cover, part number 2946797. There's one on Fleabay for $$$ trying to find one cheaper, prolly won't happen but who knows. Hoping for $200 or less, that's what I let mine go for on this site, doh!
