Yeah.. i learned a lot last night.. i was surprised how dry my timing chain was when i took it apart.. soo.. not a total waste of time doing it.

soo... my mortgage co triple paid my insurance.. and i just got a check for the refund.. think i might actually be able to pay off my house this month instead of next.. gonna request a payoff amount now

I had a house that was paid off bout 25 years ago but i got talked into moving 
not having a house payment opens up a lot of money.. I would have paid this off 10 years ago but i got into a bad BOA mortgage i couldn't get out of... wasted 100k with those pricks.
Mine was paid off before I retired but things happen and now back to paying on a loan.awesome

I have zero debt in life other than that house.. I will need to setup a trust to leave it to my neice though.. if i ever get to it. -
