We picked up a nice used couch and now went out to eat. The wife got a sub sandwich. Oh my, what a sub. Half goes home for lunch tomorrow.

I had a half a hot beef. A whole one would be too much. Hot beef is a midwestern comfort food. A couple pieces of bread covered with thinly sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes, and smothered with beef gravy. Oh damn. So good. Pic to follow

Morning ya heathens, looks like more rain. I got to unload truck from training a school team yesterday. They shot me to ribbons! Pretty good group. Prepping for a family gathering here at our place this weekend. Smoking two big pork loins and 7 racks of ribs. My plan is to hide in the shop but I doubt that will work out. Our house got volunteered for the event since we have a bit more space. Arghh
