Hope everyone is safe tonight because of the storms. Looked like some nasty stuff on the radar.

Storms moving in from the southwest tomorrow morning at 6am, possibly 1 and a half inches of rain in one hour. Then it moves out and sunny by 8am.
I am going to look into one, primer for 2 inch pipe and see how I like it, may try some tractor supply white and see how well it covers and saves time, no air hose and cleans up easy

Need air, and a shop vac. I use a separator I made on mine to extend the shop Vacs life. Fill it around 1/3 with water. Just a light in it Scott.

Picture day is done for the house and we are supposed to list either 9th or 12th but our agent knows an agent who's looking for a place, her husband primarily interested in a shop so they're coming out Sunday to take a look. Good thing about it if they buy is our agent gets 4 percent vice 3 percent and we get the other 2 percent as there is no "buyer agent" in that scenario
I was thinking the same thing but have been so spotty on the site lately didn't want to : )
