Stop in for a cup of coffee

You see those dead trees along those roads, and I just want to ride around with a chainsaw and preemptively cut them down
You know, they are everywhere. We have them on the road all the time. I have talked to the road crews before, and they won't touch them until after they are down..................................We just called the Sheriff's office (what we were advised to do), and they dispatched a highway crew.

Got the old truck loaded on the trailer and ready for the Hawk Musem tomorrow. No Winers just nuts this time.

Just wanted to let everyone know that @NoCar340 here on the forum sadly passed away back in November. I’m not sure how many here knew him, but I had been messaging with him a few weeks before everything went silent. After seven months of no activity, I looked into it and found his obituary.

Pierre J. Payant passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 54.

Rest in peace, Pierre.

Does this mean you are now hauling a big “strap on” around with ya?

Yep, back in the ditch, we spent way too much time on the pavement today!

Sorry to hear. R.I.P.

Ewww I forgot about the RX 7, heck yes add that to the list and now that I think about it the TR 6 as well!
Worked at the port of Tacoma and driven a lot of RX 7's being imported into the U.S. I got to drive them before the owner did.
I did get to slam the gas pedal down on a few.

Does this look like a Margarita? Not really but it tastes good. I love the salted rim but my heart surgeon sad I shouldn't.

Dang, that's sad news. Let's let @Joeychgo know so he can put him in the Legendary Members group.

Well I sent off a PM to sell one of my Poly intakes. They are both real nice. One is painted or powdercoated and should fetch more money. Fingers crossed.

Sweet corn has been husked and wrapped in foil with butter and salt. I fired up the grill and put them on the top rack. Brats on the grill for supper with macaroni salad tonight. I have some potato salad and cole slaw too if you choose. I bought a small can of Kraut too.

Hate hearing this. Far too young too .

On this note. Now having hit my midlife crisis, and after far too many estate fights in the last couple years, I sat down and started my will and trust this week.

I’ve broken it down to include a list of banks where I have accounts, who administers my 401k and IRA. I’ve listed all my life insurance polices and a list of current creditors. As well as contact information and military rites/benefits.

As far as distribution of assets, I broke each car down to who I want it to go too, and provided a two paragraph statement as to why. I’ve also directed that each kid gets a portion of life insurance policy to construct and maintain a safe work and storage space for each car.

Going down the list of my other major assets to include anything over 100 dollars in value.

This is very emotional and tedious to do but my kids and wife will not have to endure the stress of an estate battle if I can help it.

I’ve also included a statement that all my updates to the will are required to be notarized as the first one is.

Question I’m struggling with, do I want a court appointed executor or to name one?
