In my early days in this valley, you couldn't go 4 or 5 blocks on the main drag without seeing one of those doing a fund raiser for some organization. Then those pinheads at the Health Dept. got involved That was pretty much the end of Tri Tip sandwiches for Saturday lunch cravings

Agree, but my sons band does private shows and it pulls in sometimes 50 people if there is parking, if no parking I see Uber drop offs, a big metal door company had one and the cops was on the hunt for bad parking, witch there was a few, funny to see a ticket for parking in a ditch one time. Lmao..crazy

And here we are in Iowa. We rank 10th. nationally in production and 4th. nationally with cattle on feed (think grain fed Prime Beef)
And I can't buy a Tri-tip steak here. They grind it up into hamburger oe cut it into chunks for stew meat.
