That's where the quarter panel meets the roof line. That is factory. A lot of times they are filled with metal or some kind of filler. Car probably had a vinyl top on it and it came off or someone took it off and then it rusted there..
Most rust there because of the vinyl top AND....That is why we Mopar guys put frame connectors on. Because the car twists from hard take off's and this is where it cracks first. And usually filled with lead. Not always
 
I got me a date tonight with a super hot curvy red head. We are going to a speakeasy over in FT Smith. All kind of history in that town as it was the home of the hanging judge edge of Indian territory etc. This old turn of century speak easy is hosting an Edgar Allan Poe night. They read and discuss the literature and pair whiskey drinks to the story line. Should be a hoot! I ain’t driving!
