Dang recipe has you cooking over a "medium flame" in an oven safe container, well I don't have gas so using frying pan to sear chicken then transferring into pyrex, adapt and overcome!Looks like a good start Rich just don't burn it.

We lost Summer on Wednesday when she broke her hip somehow, Toby is still looking for his girlfriend, my need to get him a buddy. Now to make this place feel more like home.
