Worked on the 63 Fury left front fender today and got the underside done. Replaced the lower part of the inner and outer backside of the fender that the new parts didn't fit right but beat the crap out of the new parts and finally it fits. Lower part of the park lamp was rusted out and got that fixed. Got the gap between the fender and core support fixed and a few more rust spots done. and today was a prep and 2 coats of Por-15 on the underside. Still picking sand out of my ears from yesterday.

Not so good news here. Just looked out the back window of the house that faces east. Strange looking clouds, rest of sky is clear. Hmmm, tsunami maybe, check NWS, nuthin'. Ut Oh, check CalFire, 
about 25 miles east out in the National Forest. Started about 13:00, already 9K acres. A few ranches out that way, no sizable communities. I thought I heard some unusual flight activities from the airport, now I know why. Very remote area with limited access, used to be quite popular with the off the books cannabis growers. Might have been one of them that started it
