I'm heading to Fargo to a car show tomorrow with the old truck and meet up with some of my kids and BBQ some hotdogs.
So today is cleaning it up and getting it loaded on the trailer.

Morning everyone, still a little smoke in the air but a nice cool morning.

In Viet Nam, when you go to the Air Conditioned Party Room, They supply a pretty young gal, wearing a short skirt and high heels. She service's the whole crowd, by serving the food, making sure you have ice in your Bia Mug, and sure that you have a full Bia in front of you at all times....I Love It...

watched storm clouds come in yesterday afternoon, after which the power went out. that was 2:45 P.M. ran generator for awhile last night, got it going this morning at 5. ran two tanks of gas thru it, sat out there to put number three in when I here the AC come on. Perfect timing! rolled everything up, plugged stuff back in and it's pouring like the dickens! there is water standing where it never has before. well, maybe at least since we've been here (27 years). oh boy! weather alert going off now, flash flood warning now. should have bought the neighbors canoe when he moved. Thank-you Father God that there was no property damage in the neighborhood. one really tall pine tree fell, perfectly between two houses. tree limbs and half a tree fell in the road. other than that, thankful it's cool in the house and all three sump pumps are working!

WOW! I guess I shouldn't complain when the power goes off for a couple hours anymore.

Had heavy rains two days ago also, over 5” Two nearby towns had flooded streets. Neighbors driveway partially washed out. I’m thankful I built on a hill, was out in back yard and it’s very wet. The water is still filtering out of ground
And I bet the humidity is high.
Officially closed! Ground breaking as early as tomorrow, weather depending!
