Some car work this morning. Scott is coming down to help out. Not as hot today, but we still have a few more days of 90° weather coming

My tenant called me with a complaint that the air conditioning for the upstairs wasn't working. Yesterday I looked at it with my HVAC buddy and determined it needed a fan motor for the outside condensing unit. We got that and changed it and had it running. She texted me again later saying it was just putting out hot air. Got to look at it again today. But she sent me a picture of the thermostat in the house. She had it set on 66° FFS !!!!!
Scott is coming by this morning to get the motor squared away. Then I'll be ready to get the transmission primed

Wow !! maybe she should move to North Dakota.
Well she goes about 240 so I guess she thinks she needs it cold. Last month she broke one of the steps on the deck by stepping on it. Claims she fell down and bruised herself. Wish I had been there to see that. LolWow !! maybe she should move to North Dakota.
She does pay the electric bill for the house and with the swimming pool running it's a pretty hefty bill. LOL
