So messing with the stamper yesterday still getting like a impression on the top of the letters, Check it for square, Runout etc. Driving me nuts eventually take it off and all the fonts have a dot on top in this size only. WTF? Has to be a mistake. Have to get them lathed off gently.

Can you tweak the stamping pressure? That size only, that is weird

Almost like a dot sticking up. Has to be cut off. Just another thing to do to make them right. Getting expensive. Coming up to 5K fast now. Yes the depth is adjustable. Might set it in a arbor press with a stop. Each font is a different depth also.

I brew 2 cups from 1 K Cup and mix them together. #1 is quite strong and #2 is weak so mixed is just perfect.

Yeah. I’m one of those albeit it’s only my Guard pay. I’m lucky I’ve been in the position where my Guard pay for the last 2 years has been entirely going into my TSP so it’s not affecting my monthly budget. But there’s plenty struggling.
