I was instructed the most important thing is to keep moving and doing things. Lots of breaks and rest. Don't do it if it hurts. Nothing I am doing hurts. Been staying away from that work.You don't listen to your body do you.
PT was scheduled before yesterday's work. They hurt me more than I do, lol

I saw a little old bus cruisin' around town yesterday. Mid to late 50s vintage 15 passenger capacity or so. Had sumthin' funny writ on the side but don't remember what it said
So buy another

The Powers told me yesterday to "Go get the Hot Rod washed!" I obeyed. So I just get enough daylight to see outside and what do ya know? Dense frogs, can't see the hills across the road
. So much for that clean up.
