Stop in for a cup of coffee

Got a couple little things done today, repaired a damaged door lock and finally installed the grab bar in the office bathroom.
Then started fabwork for putting diesel heater/battery into a wheeled tote. Should be a little quieter.
A bar in the bathroom?

Exchanged a pair of Bonneville Discs for a project. They have two models of their snap-ons, one with plastic teeth to be less harmful to the wheel finish and the steel teeth model. If you get the disc urge for the snap-ons, measure the inside diameter of the wheel where they mount. The plastic teeth were too big for the wheels they were intended for and the metal teeth will make themselves smaller at install.

Here's some pictures of the last prime on the left side of the 63. Like I said before I had to cut the edge of the deck lid down because it was rubbing on the new 1/4 panel. The guy that replaced the 1/4 did a great job but was off a bit tight. Had to weld it back together because I split the seam. Not an easy job but I got it close.

Hood was bent and was another job of beating the **** out of it and welding plates in to get the bow out of it.

Was a hell of a job trying to line everything up and had to bend the edge of the doors to line up with the 1/4 panels.
Gaps are not perfect but good.

Thats a great job iffin you ask me. You should be paid well
A good friend owns it and yea he pays for it.
BTW Tike I just got some rolls of tape for fiber glassing over to make a mold off that roof on your truck. Not real sticky but if you clean your truck roof real good it might be better than that plastic I sent you. Let me know and I'll send you some.

I'll send you a couple rolls and maybe next summer you can try to get it done.

It turned out to need more than I initially thought. Well it needs and my wants are conflicting. 3 main areas are 6 volt to 12 volt conversion. Build the bed. And do the interior. I need to buy all the seals for windows. ANd getting ready for winter is getting in the way. And when Summer hits I hope to have it all where I want it

I need to get my friend Max to clean out a corner for me. But then he always gets in the way. If he would work on his project and let me work on mine. So we are trying to get that worked out
