Looks like that to me, too! SLEEPER? 80s paint color, sbc swapped into it?
A guy in my old neighborhood had a early 60s Lark. Baby Blue. Body colored steel wheels andstock Stude hubcaps, all around. Couldn't see the 13" wide tires except from the rear, had the small block Chevy in it mufflered WAY down.
Sleeper, except the giant tires gave it away.
