Stop in for a cup of coffee

So, Lynda's youngest son Bin stayed overnight with us at my house. He is 10 years old and a cute kid and well behaved. I'm impressed. Then we went to breakfast and now we are at the cafe. I'm getting a lot of strange looks. LOL..kkkkkk

Bad bolt. Those are the ones that will twist in 2 pieces because the way the holes are drilled. The thick cork gasket goes on the other end after you insert the bolt in the adapter.

Thanks Mike and I have read about the weakness due to age/design in the little research I've had time to do so far. I saw an aftermarket heavy duty one, some mentioned elongated holes for higher flow. Engine builder told me I'd need which I knew I didn't have but his sidekick who owns and has worked on more Mopar mentioned a shorter filter which has also been mentioned to me, wonder about the filtering capacity of a shorter filter, maybe not a problem since seems some use.

FL300 Motorcraft and it's cross references is the shorty oil filter I used under the Hookers on the Swinger instead of the 90° adapter. The FL300 is only 4" tall rather than the 5.2" it's taller brothers are like LF1 or PH8A.
EDIT ... one of the fitments Motorcraft lists is '73 340 Dustpan
Thanks Alex, appreciate the info!

Wix 51348 fits, its the small diameter short one. Used in many applications. I dont have room in the Fargo for a real filter. That being said, its about the same size that an LS uses. I change oil often enough i dont worry about it.
Thanks Frank, was wondering if a shortened oil change schedule was a good idea, would think so

TGIF, will be watching Saturday NFL tomorrow, just rewatched the Week 1 loss to the 9ers they found a way (Bosa). Seahawks will have #1 NFC seed with a win, fingers crossed. So weird to me the teams that are in the playoffs, Jacksonville, Texans, Broncos a Bradyless Patriots team etc. etc. Have a Good Night All!
