Stop in for a cup of coffee

the auto world transformer did well powering 2 lanes, and I made "jumper cables" and used 3 power feed tracks in paralell to the controller/transformer. it's the inter track connections that kill ya.
I also use this stuff to prevent rust/oxidation and improve the connections
I had the track on the shop floor for a week one thanksgiving and never had to clean the track
use it on the end connectors, too. I have used a dab on 400 wet/dry to clean up bad spots, clean with alcohol, apply a dot

being a retired electrician use that stuff for aluminum wires use it the right way never had any faults great stuff

The movies don't do justice...

I have the books if you want to borrow them.

Movies are entertaining

The modern Hobbit movies are an abomination (not as bad as the animated one from the 70s)

If you watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy, then it must be Directors Cut. Extra 2 hours of content.
LOTR trilogy movie: Tom Bombadill who?

And don’t get me started on the absolute CRAP they did with The Hobbit! What a cluster_____!

Waiting to get my hair cut…..

It’s about 10 degrees outside….

Here’s what the guy in front of me is wearing (behind the lady in black tights):

Well got a sheet of plywood, see what happens today. Hopefully I have enough pins and clips to put it together.

Just a fly by as usual my friends, its been a weird morning here witch started at 6am for me, sunny early this morning, little cloudy here now like most things in my head , I do believe its time to get in my Plymouth and drive a 30 mile trip to check on my sons as they work on custom stair case and rails on there next 4 days off, on 4 10 hour days, off 4 days. Big River Steel an hour away. Counting my blessings was a good long 4 to 5 minute prayer, I turned the news of and watched a segment of The owner, builder of Ranger Boats Ray Woods, what a great husband and wife team here in Arkansas.
Now I have chores done, my laundry, bathroom and kitchen floors mopped and trash collected.

It's simple, do what we can to show support to our family and friends when we can.

I need a good freeze, it's been way to warm this season for my liking, my back yard camera

I've read all of his writing and some that were finished by his son.

I got hooked when I was given a copy of The Hobbit in 1972. Still have that book.

The complexity of the entire "universe" he created is mind boggling

I ll check it out.
I'm more of a tesla, EINSTEIN. Follower when it comes to that.

Truck all thawed. Spent the morning plastic welding the broken front bumper. Looks like meh but at least the front plate is visible again. Looks slightly better than 40 zip ties.
Time to go see if mini excavator will start after sitting all night in the cold.

Never seen that movie, was thinking about watching Al Pacino / Scarface.
Crap! That reminds me…

20 years ago or so my ex-wife gave me a special/limited edition DVD package of that movie with all sorts of extras in a fancy-shmancy box that I’ve been meaning to sell. I walk past it every day, but keep forgetting to get rid of it.

Out with the old and in with the new. It was cold but took me about a half hour so it wasn’t terrible. She starts right up. No leaks and I took her for a test drive.
