Anyone here ever have had Achilles Tendon issues?
Issues, or torn? I’ve torn mine twice on the same ankle/foot, which, I guess, has caused “issues”…..

Tendinitis... but it's been a few days since that happened.

Sudden onset, or gradual?

Wrap and rest is usually about all you can do.
The right one started about a week ago at night sudden.
I've been doing the elevate, ice thing overnight. Just to get some sleep.
Last night was the first time in over a week it was fine. . Today it flared up about an hour after I started to walk around.
The left leg where I tri fractured the ankle seems fine.

Might want to find a wrap that'll support it when you have to move around.

Try some heat to increase blood flow since it has been a while.

rule change in 2025 that allows teams to condition them extensively before games, leading to softer leather, better grip, and increased kicking distance, unlike the stiff, brand-new balls
I'm a retard when it comes to sports. I'm old and as long as I don't get kicked in the knee my balls are safe.

I quit watching football when Bum Phillips got fired (remember the Houston Oilheads?) then the team got sold off. Still watch some CRASHCAR, drag racing and baseball.

Yeah...

NFL and NASCAR did the same thing. They piled on rules to make it "exciting" but it just made everyone mediocre.

I know a bunch of people that have gone over to F1.

I think if Baker wants to keep on baking he needs Saints to win
Had to look it up

For the Panthers and Buccaneers to make the NFL wildcard playoffs, they must win the NFC South, which hinges on the final game between the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons; Tampa Bay wins the division (and a playoff spot) if the Saints beat the Falcons, but if the Falcons win, creating a three-way tie with Carolina, the Panthers win the division due to tiebreakers.

Simplified....I think

Saints win - Tampa in

Atlanta win - Carolina in

Such a sorry *** division
