Issues, or torn? I’ve torn mine twice on the same ankle/foot, which, I guess, has caused “issues”…..

Tendinitis... but it's been a few days since that happened.

Wrap and rest is usually about all you can do.
Tree Rats take over
The right one started about a week ago at night sudden.
I've been doing the elevate, ice thing overnight. Just to get some sleep.
Last night was the first time in over a week it was fine. . Today it flared up about an hour after I started to walk around.
The left leg where I tri fractured the ankle seems fine.
Rather have tree rats than 'night' rats.....
Might want to find a wrap that'll support it when you have to move around.
Try some heat to increase blood flow since it has been a while.

I’ve had pain there but there was swelling and it was a gout flare up, good luck and stay off of it/ice/elevate is all I know
