Yep. We had never met before that. I mentioned on here I was going to work on this roof and you volunteered to show up. Ended up coming over at least twice and even brought help! Not sure how I would have got it done without your help. I remember getting there and it was covered with frost. Oh well - safety first - off to the diner till the sun cleared it.

Is it gas? I helped a friend put one in. I don't have that option. Didn't want to do an electric one.

Electric no gas here. Still cheaper to run then that
oversized hot water tank.

I have 200 amp service to the house I built 40 years ago. Then I also have 200 amp service to the garage/ apartment that I built 25 years ago. Both are on separate meters so I can tell how much to charge the tenant

Same except I had them put in 3, 200 amp service drops at the transformer
